Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send me an email at puruscounterattack@outlook.com with your order number as the subject line within 14 days of receiving your order. Any refunds, returns, or exchanges issued will not cover the return postage.

Damages and Other Issues

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please send me an email at puruscounterattack@outlook.com with your order number as the subject line and an attached image and/or video. Please contact within 14 days of receiving your order.

Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation at any time until your order is shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled after you receive a shipping notification. After cancelling your order, funds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
